100% Satisfaction Guaranteed A purchase may be returned within 10 business days if notification to Firebird is made within 3 days of receipt, returned in the same condition as received with all paper work attached. Refund will be made by the method of payment less shipping expense. No Returns accepted after 10 business days.

Trade up
A mineral purchased from Firebird may be used to trade up for a like mineral that is at least 50% greater in price. The mineral must be sent back to Firebird with original labels and invoice. Credit will be given for the selling price of the mineral. Sorry shipping expenses are not credit for trade up items.

Payment
Payment may be made through PAYPAL, MasterCard, VISA, Postal Money Order or Personal Check. No COD Orders accepted.

Shipment
Will be made upon receipt of good funds. Pay Pal, MasterCard Visa and Postal Money Orders will be shipped upon receipt/processing of payment. Personal Checks must clear my bank before mineral will be shipped. Usually in 10 business days.
